Terms & Conditions – HairMade Specialist 

1. Appointments & Booking

All appointments must be booked in advance. To secure your booking, a deposit is required at the time of scheduling. Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or missed appointments.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, at least 48 hours’ notice is required.

• Appointments rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice may transfer the deposit to a new date (one-time transfer only).
• Changes made within less than 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

4. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced or may need to reschedule. In such cases, the deposit may be forfeited, and a new deposit may be required to secure another appointment.

5. No-Shows

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of the deposit. Future bookings will require a new deposit in full.

6. Treatment Payments

The remaining balance for your treatment must be paid in full on the day of your appointment, prior to or immediately after the service, depending on clinic policy.

7. Suitability for Treatment

All treatments are subject to consultation. HairMade Specialist reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client. In such cases, any payments made (excluding deposits) may be refunded at the clinic’s discretion. Prepaid hair and materials will remain property of HairMade specialist until full amount is paid. 

8. Results Disclaimer

Individual results may vary depending on factors such as hair type, medical history, and adherence to aftercare advice. No guarantees can be made regarding treatment outcomes.

9. Aftercare Responsibility

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to do so may affect results, and the clinic will not be held liable for issues arising from non-compliance.

10. Health & Medical disclosure

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, or allergies prior to treatment. HairMade Specialist is not responsible for adverse reactions where full disclosure has not been provided.

11. Liability

While all care is taken to ensure a safe and professional service, HairMade Specialist will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from treatments.

12. Amendments

HairMade Specialist reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
